Praga ZS 800

Praga ZS 800 is an exceptional project that combines Praga's heritage with advanced materials, craftsmanship, and limited-series production.

I am involved in the manufacturing of carbon-fiber components for both the prototype and the production series. My role is to translate development requirements into a repeatable manufacturing process while maintaining the quality, precision, and visual standards expected from every component.

Working with forged carbon composites requires strict control of mold filling, material distribution, surface quality, and the details that define the character of each component. The resulting carbon pattern is always unique, making every part one of a kind.

Production is still ongoing, and the project demonstrates that exceptional results do not happen by chance. They are the outcome of collaboration between people who trust one another and for whom high standards are simply the natural way of working.
