Praga Bohema Project

I contributed to the development and production of carbon fibre parts for three prototypes of the Praga Bohema hypersport. I was responsible for delivering precise composite components with a focus on low weight, high stiffness, and top‑class surface quality. I worked closely with design engineers on shape adjustments, laminate optimisation, and mounting details to ensure that all parts met strict technical as well as aesthetic requirements. This experience confirmed my ability to deliver reliable carbon solutions for demanding automotive applications, from initial concept and prototyping through to pre‑series production.

Prototype Parts

Prototyping

My responsibilities included preparing molds, selecting suitable materials, monitoring production processes, and performing final quality control on each part. I placed particular emphasis on precise fit, consistent wall thickness, and a flawless surface ready for painting. Thanks to close communication with the Praga team, it was possible to respond quickly to changes in design and deadlines. The Praga Bohema project is a key reference for my work, demonstrating the ability to handle technically highly demanding carbon components in both prototype and pre-series production, from initial concept through to parts ready for installation.
