Design statement piece

It is not a table. It is an object that transforms a space.

Without the need for explanation, it naturally finds its place and defines the character of its surroundings.

For these projects, I was responsible for the manufacturing of composite components and tooling.

Carbon fiber serves as the structural core of each piece. Every layer follows a precisely defined orientation, conforming to the geometry of the mold, while the final surface quality is created directly through the manufacturing process. Prepreg materials are formed using controlled pressure and specialized tools, allowing the laminate to precisely follow the intended shape while maintaining fiber continuity. Transitions, radii, and surface continuity are critical — this is where quality is truly defined.

Design language appears clean and effortless on the outside, yet remains structurally sophisticated beneath the surface. Manufacturing must meet the same standard, demanding precision, discipline, and complete control over the material.
